Thank you for choosing Veno Next, a product of Veno Ninja LLC. We’re committed to providing high-performance AI tools—but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered on a limited basis and only under the following conditions:
Timeframe: You must request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase.
Usage Limit: Refunds are only granted if your account has used less than 10 AI credits or fewer than 50 generations in total.
First-Time Purchase Only: Only your initial payment is eligible. Refunds do not apply to plan upgrades, renewals, or discounted offers.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
Your account exceeds the usage limits above.
The request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
You purchased a promotional or discounted plan.
The charge relates to subscription renewals or previously refunded accounts.

Your full name
Date of purchase
Reason for requesting a refund
Acknowledgment that your usage falls within the refund conditions
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
