We’re committed to providing high-performance AI tools—but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. 1. Refund Eligibility Refunds are offered on a limited basis and only under the following conditions: Timeframe: You must request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase. Usage Limit: Refunds are only granted if your account has used less than 10 AI credits or fewer than 50 generations in total. First-Time Purchase Only: Only your initial payment is eligible. Refunds do not apply to plan upgrades, renewals, or discounted offers. 2. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued if: Your account exceeds the usage limits above. The request is made after 7 days from the purchase date. You purchased a promotional or discounted plan. The charge relates to subscription renewals or previously refunded accounts. 3.
